2018 B.I.G. Car Show

  The Triumphs of Southwest Florida Club held their Sixth Annual B.I.G. (British, Italian and German) European Sports and Collector Car Show on Sunday, March 4, in Cape Coral, Florida. Although an hour and a half drive from our area, this has become a popular event for our members. This year we were well-represented with 14 British cars, seven returning home with first place trophies! The results were:

     Bob and Ruth Faria – 1929 Austin 7 Chummy – Three awards!
        – 1st in Class, People’s Choice, Oldest Car.
     John & Joan Magine – 1957 MGA -1st in Class
     Betsy and Gene McOmber – 1990 Morgan Plus 8 – 1st in Class
     Mike and Bonnie Bohardt – 1961 TR3A – 1st in Class
     Jack and Karen Knuese – 1969 Lotus Elan – 1st in Class
     Martin Paloff and Sandy Sheppard – 2010 Jaguar XKR – 1st in Class
     Bruce and Carolyn Skaggs – Jaguar – 1st in Class
